We operate highly trained K9 units within our department. Our K9's and handlers are trained in various specialties including tracking, bite, and narcotics.

K9 Viper, K9 Maverick , and K9 Turbo are on patrol with their handler each shift. Each K9 is trained through Drug Beat K9 Certification prior to being purchased by the department. They travel to various regional training faculties to maintain their certifications.
